Much like the Nintendo DS console comes in various and different versions, so too does the R4 DS Card.  With R4 Card versions that work in several Nintendo DS models, and some that work just for the NDS and NDS Lite while not for the new Nintendo DSi.  We've written this article to give you, our valued customers, a better idea as to which R4 Card you should buy, based on which Nintendo DS (or DSi) system you have.
